Food Review : Texas RoadHouse

Last Saturday , I went out to Texas RoadHouse and it was an interesting experience. I ordered 8 oz of steak , potatoes and sweet potatoes.

I wanted to try something new to drink, so I ordered Jamaica Cowboy Margarita. It consisted of Malibu Rum, DeKuyper , Peachtree , Schnapps,  orange & pineapple juices, and a splash of Margarita.            [ Disclaimer drink responsibly ].

My partner in eating* ordered  Steak Kabob which consisted of marinated steak (medium cooked), mushroom, tomato, red pepper & green pepper.  It was served with seasoned rice and a bowl of side potatoes fries.

Funny fact is that I have been driving past this place for 6 years.  To my surprise, the restaurant was crowded and they eat a lot of peanuts. It was my first time seeing peanut shells thrown on the floor and the floor was littered with peanut dust. FYI you need to book ahead of time and come on time . The wait time for people that did not book ahead of time was 1 hour.

Overall I enjoyed my food and the drink was excellent. If you want to celebrate your birthday bash cowboy style they got you covered ! View their site.
