Making the Perfect Green Smoothie

How do you start your week after the weekend ?

Ingredients

Spinach

Green Olives

Pineapples

Seedless Grapes

Strawberries

Banana

Very Little Ginger

Breakfast Essential

Bottle Water

Using a BLACK+DECKER Blender

 

Directions

  1. ) Rinse your Smoothie blender , spinach, grapes, and strawberries.
  2. ) In the empty blender : Add the spinach, olives , seedless grapes, sliced banana, sliced pineapples, strawberries and sliced ginger
  3. ) Pour in the breakfast essential and add little water .
  4. ) Click the smoothie option on your blender to start blending everything together.
  5. )Blend till it is smooth to your satisfaction .
  6. ) Pour into a cup or bottle.

Your healthy smoothie is ready !
