Directions

) Rinse your Smoothie blender , spinach, grapes, and strawberries.

) In the empty blender : Add the spinach, olives , seedless grapes, sliced banana, sliced pineapples, strawberries and sliced ginger

) Pour in the breakfast essential and add little water .

) Click the smoothie option on your blender to start blending everything together.

)Blend till it is smooth to your satisfaction .

) Pour into a cup or bottle.
