After a long time of planning this recipe , I can finally cook something nice and finish this recipe . Fried rice is popular in different cultures. Bon Apetite!
3 Cups of Rice
1 Bag of Mixed Vegetables (buy at Walmart , Target *)
1 Tsp Curry
1 Chopped Green Pepper
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Salt
Grounded Red Pepper (optional)*
2 Large Chopped Onion
2 Seasoning Knor Cubes
Liver or Beef (optional)*
- In a boiling water , add the 3 cups of rice and cover the pot . Parboil the rice for approximately for more than 5 minutes, and then drain the rice and place it in an empty pot. Add curry, thyme, 1 knor cube, salt and 2 spoon of grounded pepper. On your stove and place the pot on it, then add warm water and mix the contents in the pot together to mix evenly. Let it cook for 15 minutes (or keep checking until the rice is soft enough to your choice ).
- In a separate pot , add the chopped Tilipa fish, add half cube , 1 tsp grounded pepper, add a little bit and a chopped onions. Cook it for 10 mins and at the same time preheat the oven. Move the fish into oven to grill at 350-400 degree Fahrenheit. Remove after 15 or 20 minutes (Notice it is brown).
- In the fry pan, add a little bit of vegetable oil and add onion. Add a bit of ginger (optional), and add the other half seasoning cube. Then pour the mix vegetables and stir it for 5 minutes.
- In a big bowl, pour the rice and then add the mixed fried vegetable. Then stir everything together for 3 minutes. Then pour it back into the pot, stir it and leave it on the stove for 5 minutes.
