Recap : Fashion Week MN 2017

The inaugural Fashion Week Minnesota was held September 20-26, 2015 in Minneapolis, MN. Fashion week in MN (FWMN)  was an experience I would not forget. I was really impressed by the effort that everyone put into FWMN 2017.


Flyover was held at The Foshay Hotel on September 9 2018.  Hopefully this event will take place next year.




These speakers spoke about using social media as a powerful platform to strengthen their businesses. Maya Clark, co-founder and editor of discussed about overcoming society preconceived notions of being a young woman and an entrepreneur. These women discussed about maintaining a strong business here in MN and inspiring other women in the Twin Cities.

Don’t touch my hair, Solange Knowles said it better in a song.  Hair beauty and diversity is a concern that every woman can relate too.
